Coming from my closet to yours; vintage Y2K black velvety corduroy pants! Classic five pocket fit with zip fly and button closure up top. These pants have a mid-high rise fit and have stretch! These pants work particularly well for someone who is 32-36” (size L/XL) at mid-high waist, and up to 54” hips (size 3X). They fit like a traditional women’s size 14 at waist, but work for up to size 22 hips: 

For reference, I am 5'10" and usually wear size L/XL on top/at waist & size XL on bottom/hips/booty; my bust is 40”, waist is 32”, hips are 47”. This item fits me well! These pants best fit a waist size L/XL, and hips/booty sizes XL, 2X, or 3X:
