These Pork Collar steaks come from the shoulder of our rare-breed Pigs. The pigs are reared outdoors all year round and located on the hill behind Blackburn, just 2.5 miles from our farm shop.
Can either fry pan these steaks or cook them in the slow cooker for a few hours.
Keep refrigerated. Can be frozen for up to 6 months. Defrost in refrigerator for 24 to 36 hours (or longer for larger roasts) until completely thawed. Prepare once defrosted.
